Let's Build Some Warmeth Before The Freeze Hit

At Assembly On Call, most of our projects start with a plan, a client, and a clear goal. But this one started with something simpler — a good heart.
A client once asked us to build a small rehab shelter for squirrels. It wasn’t a big job, but it meant a lot to them. So, we decided to do it free of charge. Somewhere between tightening the last screws, we realized something:
our craftsmanship could do more than build furniture — it could build care.
That little squirrel shelter sparked an idea. This winter, before the freeze hits, we’re using our skills and materials to build free winter shelters for stray and rescued animals across nearby cities.
We’re reaching out to rehabbers, rescuers, and animal advocates — anyone trying to give stray animals a safe, warm place to survive the cold. If you’re one of them, get in touch. We’ll assemble as many as we can handle, with no charge — just a shared love for our furry neighbors.
Because at the end of the day, what we build isn’t just structures.
It’s community. It’s care.
Craftsmanship. Care. Community.
